Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone Coastal Industrial Park is a provincial base of chemical industry，which is authorized by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and National Development and Reform Commission. Since situated at the west of the Zhongshan river and the north of the Huanghai sea, we have unique geographical conditions，such as 12 km's embankment line and 4 km's coastline. There are 38 kilometers from the zone to the city center of Binhai, and 30 kilometers to the coastal high-speed entrance, and 7.5 kilometers to the Binhai port.

园区创建于2002年5月。近期规划面积20平方公里,现有各类化工企业100多家，涵盖生物化工、医药化工、新材料化工和盐化工等领域。

The park were established in May 2002.According to the short-term plan, we have exploited 20 square kilometers land, and more than 100 industries have been stationed, such as bio-chemical industry, medicine chemical industry, new materials and salt chemical industry.

园区远期控制面积50平方公里。向东与滨海港连成一线，重点发展精细化工、煤化工和石油化工。

According to the long-term plan, 50 square kilometers land will be exploited to develop fine chemical, coal chemical and petrochemical industries. Eventually, a modern and comprehensive chemical industry garden will be built to echo the Binhai port's development.

Electricity is supplied by the Eastern China power network, whose reliability rate is 99.9%, the amplitude is ±5% and the frequency is 50Hz.Besides,we also have four two 110KVs' substations, one 35KVs' substation and one 220KVs' Substation.

Public terminal and storage

中山河码头岸线12公里，常年通行500吨船只。

The embankment line of Zhongshan River is 12 kilometers, where 500 tons vessels can pass each year.

滨海港正在建设三座10万吨级海运码头泊位，其中设有专用液体化学品码头，距园区7.5公里。

Binhai port is building three 100,000 dwt terminal berths, including the specialized terminal for the liquid chemicals. There is 7.5 kilometers from Binhai port to our park.
